Immediate Response was excellent to deal with for the service to the 2022 RBC Canadian Open in Toronto at St. George's Golf & Country Club. Their management and supervisory team was responsive and present. They staffed the event according to plan and throughout the event when there were issues, they came to me with solutions and remedies. They provided support to their staff and ensured they were properly trained and had the right PPE. Their staff were informed and engaging with the public. I would select Immediate Response Force for future business.
A follow up to my previous review, as there was a typo... My experience was extremely positive and so here is the corrected version of my review: I cannot recommend IRF Inc. ENOUGH, for any and every event that needs that extra layer of security, protection and attention! We worked together on a high profile wedding and I was so impressed with this company, especially Danny, whom I worked with from the very first inquiry call, right to the execution of his amazing team. Immediate Response was very professional to work with. We hired 2 guards to work a large private event at our home. They stood at the end of our driveway with a guest list I provided them. They ensured only those invited could access our event. They did have one person to deal with who was not invited, and they dealt with the situation professionally. So much so that as the host, I didn’t even know about the situation until the next day. Would hire them again.
We had the pleasure of working with a police officer at the Ancaster Fairgrounds on May 31st, 2024. They praised our team for being thorough, helpful, and professional while assisting over 5000 drivers with parking. A special mention was given for our quick response in helping a driver whose car was stuck in the mud, showcasing our dedication to going above and beyond.
